- Deliver accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, or company processes
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive experience
- Record all customer interactions, updates, and outcomes in the system
- Forward more complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams
- Consistently achieve quality standards, productivity goals, and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
