What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good typing speed and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Chat Support Representative, you will assist customers through online chat channels, providing fast and accurate support.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with account concerns, product information, and service requests
• Providing clear and accurate solutions to customer issues
• Guiding customers through troubleshooting steps when needed
• Documenting chat interactions and updating customer records in internal systems
• Coordinating with internal teams for escalated or complex concerns
• Maintaining quality standards, response time targets, and customer satisfaction goals
