Bellsoft is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a Tech & Consumer Digital Marketing Account. We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Digital Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
Important: This is a Customer Service Representative position. The digital marketing experience is required because you will be supporting customers with concerns related to digital advertising and online marketing services.

What Is This CSR Role About?
As a Customer Service Representative for a Digital Marketing Account, you will provide customer support for products and services related to digital advertising.
You may assist customers with questions or concerns involving advertising accounts, digital campaigns, ad platforms, campaign settings, targeting, and other digital advertising-related services.
Your customer service skills will be important, but your understanding of digital marketing and online advertising will also help you effectively assist customers.

Assist customers with digital advertising-related concerns

Troubleshoot basic account or campaign-related concerns
Assist with questions involving ad accounts and campaign settings
Explain digital advertising features and processes
Document customer interactions accurately
Deliver professional and customer-focused support
Compensation
💰 Package: Up to ₱40,000
