Customer Service Representative for Healthcare Account – Mandaluyong
Bellsoft Global is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Healthcare Account team as a Customer Service Representative for Healthcare Account. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for healthcare-related concerns
- Assist customers with account information, billing concerns, and service requests
- Provide accurate and professional customer support through phone and email channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system
- Follow company policies, healthcare compliance guidelines, and call handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- College undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Able to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
