Job Description:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Technical Account to assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, professional, and timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity issues
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical problems
• Accurately document interactions, solutions, and escalations
• Escalate complex technical concerns to specialized teams
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Work Schedule & Training:
Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Full paid training on technical procedures and company systems
What You’ll Gain:

Requirements
• High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
