- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information on hotel availability, pricing, and amenities
- Assist customers with making, modifying, or canceling reservations
- Resolve questions or concerns efficiently and professionally
- Document all interactions and booking details in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Comprehensive paid training on hotel reservation processes and company systems

Requirements
