Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Retail Account to assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns. You will ensure a seamless shopping experience while providing professional and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
• Resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Work Schedule & Training:
Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Full paid training on retail processes and company systems

Requirements
• High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
