Job Description
As a Sales Account Representative, you will manage client accounts, generate leads, and ensure successful delivery of services while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery
- Track and report sales performance and account status
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat
- Consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs, and quality standards
Work Schedule & Training
- Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
- No prior experience required - full training and mentorship provided
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate preferred)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer skills and fast typing speed
- Ability to meet sales targets, follow up on leads, and track account performance
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Flexible with shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
