Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients’ customers. In this role, you will manage inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email promptly and professionally
  • Deliver accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, or company processes
  • Address and resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive experience
  • Record all customer interactions, updates, and outcomes in the system
  • Forward more complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams
  • Consistently achieve quality standards, productivity goals, and customer satisfaction targets

Work Schedule & Training:
Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
  • High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Basic computer literacy and capacity to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Open to working in flexible, shifting schedules
