USRN - US Registered Nurse

Job Description
As a USRN with Bellsoft, you will:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and members to optimize benefits and promote quality outcomes
- Assess medical necessity for inpatient admissions, outpatient services, surgical procedures, and diagnostic care
- Ensure medically appropriate, cost-effective, and high-quality care using industry standards and medical policies
- Accurately interpret benefits, managed care products, and direct members to the appropriate providers, programs, or resources
- Work with medical directors to determine appropriateness of care and guide clinical decision-making
Note: This is a voice account, handling clinical inquiries via phone while supporting patients and providers.
Qualifications
- Active USRN license (valid for at least 6 months)
- Active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
- 1 year bedside or hospital experience as Staff Nurse (must be verified with Certificate of Employment)
- College Graduate in Nursing
- Must reside within 25 km of Metro Manila
- Amenable to graveyard or shifting schedules
- WAH-ready with stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and backup
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Preferred: Experience in patient support, clinical coordination, or healthcare call centers.
