Customer Service Representative – Tech Support Account
Bellsoft Global is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Tech Support Account in Metro Manila. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong communication and problem-solving skills who want to build a successful career in the BPO industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshooting, product inquiries, and account support while delivering exceptional customer service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and account-related concerns
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat support channels
- Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary
- Update customer records and document interactions accurately
- Maintain quality service standards and meet performance targets
- Deliver professional and customer-focused support during every interaction
Candidate Requirements
- At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
- With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in technical support, IT, electronics, troubleshooting, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong English communication and analytical skills
- Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
