Call Center Agent – Retail Account
Bellsoft Global is hiring a Call Center Agent for a Retail Account in Mandaluyong. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong customer service skills and experience in customer-facing roles. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers with retail-related inquiries, orders, billing concerns, and product support while delivering excellent customer service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, and account concerns
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Update customer records and document interactions in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain quality service standards and meet performance goals
Candidate Requirements
- At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
- With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
