Customer Service Representative – Tech Support Account

Bellsoft Global is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Tech Support account in Ortigas. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong communication and problem-solving skills who want to grow their career in the BPO industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshooting, account inquiries, and product support while providing excellent customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and account concerns
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat support
  • Provide step-by-step guidance for resolving technical problems
  • Escalate complex technical concerns when necessary
  • Update customer records and document interactions accurately
  • Maintain quality service standards and meet performance targets
  • Deliver professional and customer-focused support during every interaction

Candidate Requirements

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
  • With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in technical support, IT, retail tech, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Strong English communication and analytical skills
  • Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting knowledge
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
