Call Center Agent – Healthcare Account

Bellsoft Global is hiring a Call Center Agent for a Healthcare Account in Pasig. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong communication skills who want to build a long-term career in the BPO industry. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers with healthcare-related concerns, appointment inquiries, billing questions, and account support while delivering excellent customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat support
  • Assist customers with appointments, billing concerns, and account information
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and policies
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Update customer records and document interactions in the system
  • Follow data privacy and healthcare compliance guidelines
  • Maintain quality service standards and achieve performance targets

Candidate Requirements

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
  • With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
