What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving and customer service mindset
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of support for global customers. Your daily responsibilities include:
• Handling customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Providing clear and accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensuring every customer interaction delivers a positive experience
• Recording and updating case details in internal systems
• Coordinating with internal teams for complex or escalated issues
• Maintaining quality standards, response time targets, and customer satisfaction goals
