As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers with airline reservations, booking inquiries, flight changes, and travel-related concerns through voice support. This is a full onsite role based in Ortigas with competitive pay and career growth opportunities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to airline bookings and travel services
- Assist passengers with flight reservations, rebooking, cancellations, and schedule changes
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain updated customer records and booking details in the system
- Follow company procedures and quality standards during customer interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets
Candidate Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate or College graduate
- With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
- Customer service or travel-related experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
- Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
