Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
- Assist customers with travel bookings, cancellations, and itinerary concerns
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate account information
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet quality standards and performance metrics
- Support customers through phone, email, or chat channels
- Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to improve customer experience

Candidate Requirements
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work onsite in Antipolo
- Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
