Call Center Agent – Financial Account
Bellsoft Global is hiring a Call Center Agent for a Financial Account in Pasig. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and looking to build a stable career in the BPO industry. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers with financial-related inquiries while providing excellent customer support and accurate information.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial services, billing, and account concerns
- Assist customers with transactions, account verification, and service requests
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about financial products and services
- Update customer records and document interactions in the system
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during customer interactions
- Maintain quality service standards and meet performance metrics
Candidate Requirements
- At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
- With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in banking, finance, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
