Call Center Agent – Financial Account

Bellsoft Global is hiring a Call Center Agent for a Financial Account in Ortigas. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong communication and customer service skills who want to build a stable career in the BPO industry. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers with financial-related inquiries, account concerns, billing issues, and transaction support while delivering excellent customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to financial services, billing, and account concerns
  • Assist customers with transactions, account verification, and service requests
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about financial products and services
  • Update customer records and document interactions in the system
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during customer interactions
  • Maintain quality service standards and meet performance metrics

Candidate Requirements

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
  • With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in banking, finance, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
