Bellsoft Global is hiring a Call Center Agent for a Hotel Reservation account in Pasig. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong communication and customer service skills who want to grow their career in the BPO industry. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers with hotel bookings, reservation changes, travel-related inquiries, and account concerns while providing excellent customer support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, booking modifications, and cancellations
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat support
• Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, and booking policies
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Update reservation details and customer records in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to address booking-related concerns
• Maintain quality service standards and meet performance targets

Candidate Requirements

• At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
• With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
