Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservations

Bellsoft Global is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Hotel Reservations account in Ortigas. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong communication skills and customer-facing experience who want to build a long-term career in the BPO industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with hotel bookings, reservation changes, inquiries, and travel-related concerns while delivering excellent customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, booking modifications, and cancellations

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat support

• Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, and policies

• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience

• Update customer records and reservation details in the system

• Coordinate with internal teams to address booking issues efficiently

• Maintain professionalism and quality service during every customer interaction

Candidate Requirements

• At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate

• With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply

• Experience in hospitality, travel, hotel reservations, or customer-facing roles is an advantage

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer navigation and typing skills

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas

• Able to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
