Customer Service Representative – Sales Account

Bellsoft Global is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Sales Account in Ortigas. This onsite opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication and customer service skills who want to grow their career in the BPO industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers, handle sales-related inquiries, and provide excellent support while helping customers find the right products or services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, account concerns, and sales-related transactions
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
  • Promote products and services based on customer needs
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience
  • Update customer information and transaction records accurately
  • Meet quality standards and performance targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
  • With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
