As a Call Center Agent for our Tech Support account, you will assist customers with technical concerns, provide troubleshooting support, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer concerns related to technical issues
- Assist customers with troubleshooting devices, software, or account concerns
- Provide accurate solutions and step-by-step technical guidance
- Document customer interactions and resolutions properly
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer conversations
- Meet performance metrics and quality standards
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve customer experience
Candidate Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn technical troubleshooting
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig
- Can work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
