As a Call Center Agent for our Tech Support account, you will assist customers with technical concerns, provide troubleshooting support, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer concerns related to technical issues
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting devices, software, or account concerns
  • Provide accurate solutions and step-by-step technical guidance
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions properly
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer conversations
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve customer experience

Candidate Requirements

  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn technical troubleshooting
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig
  • Can work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
