Bellsoft Global is currently hiring Call Center Agents for our Hotel Booking Account in Pasig. We are looking for customer-focused individuals who can assist clients with reservations, booking concerns, and travel-related inquiries.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Assist customers with hotel reservations and booking inquiries
Handle cancellations, rebooking, and account concerns
Provide accurate hotel and accommodation information
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Update booking details in the system
Meet quality and customer satisfaction standards
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Candidate Requirements

At least Senior High School graduate
Good English communication skills
Basic computer navigation knowledge
With or without BPO experience
Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in Pasig
Can work shifting schedules
