Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial services and accounts
- Assist clients with billing, transactions, and account concerns

- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Meet performance and customer satisfaction goals
Candidate Requirements
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Willing to work onsite in Antipolo
- Can work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
