Bellsoft Global is currently hiring Call Center Agents for our Travel Account in Pasig. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and helping customers with travel-related concerns. This is a full onsite role ideal for applicants looking to grow in the BPO industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel bookings, cancellations, and inquiries
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, hotels, and travel policies
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Update customer records and transactions in the system
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service experience on every interaction
Candidate Requirements
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig
- Able to work in shifting schedules
