Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with financial account inquiries, transactions, and account-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information based on company guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and security procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
  • College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • BPO experience is an advantage but not always required.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cainta and on shifting schedules if required.
