Call Center Agent – Financial Account in Pasig

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to financial services
- Assist clients with account concerns, transactions, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide accurate information while maintaining excellent customer service
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Document customer interactions and update account records
- Follow company policies, compliance procedures, and quality standards
- Meet performance metrics and service goals set by the team
Candidate Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate
- College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
- With or without BPO experience
- Experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig
- Open to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
