As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, bookings, and account concerns while delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time onsite position based in Marikina.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary-related concerns
Provide accurate information regarding travel services, policies, and schedules
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Update and maintain customer records in company systems
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with account requirements

Qualifications

At least a Senior High School graduate (College graduates are welcome to apply)
With or without BPO experience
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or travel-related experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Willing to work onsite in Marikina
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
