Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
Assist healthcare account customers with concerns, billing, and account-related questions
Provide accurate information and resolutions in a timely manner
Maintain clear and detailed customer records in the system
Follow company procedures and quality standards during calls
Support customers with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Meet performance targets and attendance expectations

Candidate Requirements

At least Senior High School graduate
Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
Customer service or healthcare account experience is an advantage
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Willing to work onsite in Binangonan
Able to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
