Bellsoft Global is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Retail Account in Marikina. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals who can provide excellent support and assistance to retail customers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, and services
- Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, and transactions
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email support
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details
- Meet performance metrics and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently
Candidate Requirements
- At least a high school graduate or senior high school graduate
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Marikina
- Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
