- Handle customer billing and account inquiries

- Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
- Update customer records accurately

- Provide excellent customer experience
Candidate Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Good communication and listening skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Marikina
- Flexible with shifting schedules
