Join Bellsoft Global as a Customer Service Representative for our Hotel Reservation account in Binangonan. We are looking for customer-focused individuals who can assist guests with bookings, reservations, and travel-related inquiries in an onsite work environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with hotel reservations and booking inquiries
- Modify, confirm, or cancel reservations as requested
- Provide accurate hotel and accommodation information
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain updated customer records and booking details
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone and email support
- Meet account performance and quality standards
Candidate Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using booking systems and computer applications
- Willing to work onsite in Binangonan
- Open to shifting schedules
