Bellsoft Global is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Food Delivery Account in Marikina. We are looking for motivated individuals who can assist customers with orders, delivery concerns, and account-related inquiries.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle food delivery order concerns and customer inquiries
- Assist customers with order tracking and payment issues
- Resolve delivery-related complaints professionally
- Provide timely updates and accurate information
- Maintain customer records and transaction details
- Follow account processes and company policies
- Deliver excellent customer service experience
Candidate Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- With or without call center experience
- Customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Marikina
- Amenable to shifting schedules
