Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
- No BPO or call center experience required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

- Record and update customer information in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for escalated concerns
