Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
- No BPO or call center experience required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident and persuasive communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What You Will Be Doing
As a Sales Account Customer Service Representative, you'll provide outstanding customer support while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, and service requests
- Recommend and upsell products or services based on customer needs
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions accurately
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Update customer records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or order-related concerns
- Meet quality assurance, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
