Bellsoft Global is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Travel Reservation Account in Antipolo. We are looking for customer-focused individuals who can assist clients with travel bookings, reservation changes, and general travel inquiries.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel reservations and booking concerns
- Handle flight, hotel, and itinerary-related inquiries
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, and rebooking requests
- Provide accurate travel information and customer support
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Follow account guidelines and company procedures
Candidate Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation knowledge
- With or without BPO experience
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Antipolo
- Can work shifting schedules
