Bellsoft Global is looking for driven and customer-focused Call Center Agents for our Sales Account in Mandaluyong. This onsite role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers and achieving sales targets in a rewarding BPO environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Promote products and services to potential customers
- Assist customers with account inquiries and purchases
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Encode customer information accurately
- Follow company sales and compliance procedures
Candidate Requirements
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
