Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel bookings and itinerary concerns
- Handle flight, hotel, and travel package inquiries
- Process booking changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide accurate travel information and recommendations
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Maintain updated customer records and booking details
- Achieve customer satisfaction and account goals
Candidate Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Experience in customer service or travel account is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of travel systems is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Amenable to shifting schedules
