Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage
- No BPO or call center experience required for select accounts
- Open to newbies and first-time BPO applicants
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Account Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers with their banking and financial service needs while maintaining high standards of accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities
