What We Are Looking For
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals who are ready to grow with our team.
High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
Must have at least 1 month of BPO or call center experience
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Good problem-solving and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What You Will Be Doing
As a Telco Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their mobile, internet, cable, and telecommunications service concerns while delivering exceptional customer support.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Handling customer inquiries regarding mobile plans, internet services, billing, and account management
Assisting customers with service activations, upgrades, renewals, and account changes
Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to telecom products and services
Providing accurate information about plans, promotions, features, and service availability
Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Documenting customer interactions and updating account records in internal systems
Escalating complex technical or account-related concerns to the appropriate teams
Meeting service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
