Qualifications

High School or Senior High School graduate
College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage
No BPO or call center experience required for select accounts
Open to newbies and first-time BPO applicants
Good English communication skills, written and verbal
Basic computer knowledge
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What You Will Be Doing

As a Hotel Reservation Account Customer Service Representative, you'll assist guests with booking accommodations and resolving reservation-related concerns.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries about hotel reservations, room availability, and room rates
Assist guests with new bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, policies, and promotions
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
