What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with banking, credit card, and financial service inquiries while ensuring a secure and positive customer experience.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Handling customer inquiries related to banking, credit cards, loans, and financial products
• Assisting customers with account verification, transactions, and payment concerns
• Providing accurate information about account features, fees, and financial services
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Documenting customer interactions and updating account information in internal systems
• Escalating complex financial concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintaining compliance with company policies, security standards, and financial regulations
• Meeting service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
