What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Travel Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their travel-related needs and ensure a smooth booking experience.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Assisting customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations
• Handling booking modifications, cancellations, and travel inquiries
• Providing accurate information about travel policies, schedules, and promotions
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Processing reservations and updating customer records in internal systems
• Coordinating with travel partners and internal teams for complex requests
• Maintaining service quality standards and customer satisfaction goals
