What We Are Looking For

We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Retail Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their shopping, orders, and product-related concerns while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries related to orders, products, pricing, and availability
• Assisting with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Providing accurate information about promotions, policies, and store services
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Processing customer requests and updating records in internal systems
• Coordinating with logistics, warehouse, or internal teams for order issues
• Maintaining service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
