What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and target-driven.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident and persuasive communication skills
• Strong customer service and sales mindset
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Sales Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers while also offering relevant products and services to meet their needs.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email
• Assisting customers with inquiries, account concerns, and service requests
• Offering and upselling products or services based on customer needs
• Providing accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Documenting interactions and updating customer records in internal systems
• Coordinating with internal teams for escalations or order concerns
• Maintaining quality standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals
