What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Hotel Reservation Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist guests with their booking needs and ensure a smooth and positive reservation experience.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Handling customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, room availability, and rates
• Assisting with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Providing accurate information about hotel policies, amenities, and promotions
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Processing booking details and updating reservation systems accurately
• Coordinating with hotel partners for special arrangements or escalated requests
• Ensuring high-quality service and excellent guest satisfaction
