What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Telco Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their mobile, internet, cable, and telecommunications service concerns while delivering exceptional customer support.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Handling customer inquiries regarding mobile plans, internet services, billing, and account management
• Assisting customers with service activations, upgrades, renewals, and account changes
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to telecom products and services
• Providing accurate information about plans, promotions, features, and service availability
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Documenting customer interactions and updating account records in internal systems
• Escalating complex technical or account-related concerns to the appropriate teams
• Meeting service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
