What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and tech-savvy.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow step-by-step instructions
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers in resolving technical issues related to products, services, or systems.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues for accounts, devices, or services
• Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and procedures
• Providing accurate information about products, systems, and services
• Escalating complex technical issues to higher-level support teams
• Documenting customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in internal systems
• Ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Following company procedures, security protocols, and service standards
