What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Healthcare Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist patients, healthcare members, and providers by addressing inquiries related to healthcare plans, benefits, and services.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Handling customer inquiries regarding healthcare coverage, benefits, claims, and provider information
• Assisting members with account verification and healthcare-related concerns
• Providing accurate information about healthcare plans, policies, and services
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Documenting customer interactions and updating records in internal systems
• Coordinating with healthcare providers and internal departments when necessary
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies and data privacy standards
• Meeting service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
